21 Jan Herbes de Provence Lamb Chops
Sometimes, simple is best. This is what makes French cuisine so spectacular, and your next cut of lamb chops an absolute delight.
4 Lamb chops (2 people)
1 Garlic clove
20 ml of lemon juice
2 Tablespoons olive oil
3 Teaspoons of Vital Herbes de Provence
Salt and pepper to taste
Finely chop the garlic and mix in a large bowl with the lamb chops and all ingredients. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat a griddle or BBQ. Grill until desired doneness and let rest 5 minutes.
Serve hot with fresh parsley garnish.
