Place a skinless fresh salmon fillet in a deep baking pan. Pour the liquid cure until the fillet is fully submerged. Cover and let cure in the refrigerator for 36 hours, or until the flesh is firm. Drain the liquid, remove salmon from pan and rince with water to remove excess salt. Pat down and let air dry uncovered in refrigerator for 8 hours. Serve in thin slices and consume fresh.
